Werner Luüs returns to HKA, joining the Quantum team as Director in Europe

HKA announced today that Werner Luüs rejoins the European Quantum team based out of the London office.
Werner Luüs is an experienced chartered quantity surveyor who has worked for contractors, dispute resolution consultancy firms, and professional quantity surveying firms on a wide range of projects in the buildings, infrastructure, resources, power and utilities, and ship building sectors in the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia regions.
Werner has been appointed to prepare expert reports on quantum matters in dispute, and worked as lead support to quantum and delay experts during proceedings of complex, high-value disputes in international arbitration.
Werner specialises in quantity surveying, commercial management, expert witness and advisory services, and he has extensive experience working with project teams on live projects.
Werner’s impressive range of project experience, some which exceed US$1bn in value, includes major infrastructure schemes (an airport, and rail systems), healthcare facilities, a nuclear power plant, onshore and subsea oil and gas systems, and ship building.
