WaterNSW announces new Construction Partners

WaterNSW has reached a landmark milestone with the announcement of Diona and Abergeldie as the new Construction Partners for the Asset Renewals and Replacements Program.  This is in addition to AssetReady (JV between WSP and SMEC) recently appointed as the Engineering Design Partner.

HKA congratulates Diona, Abergeldie and AssetReady on their appointment.  This important milestone reflects a vision to create a productive and long-lasting partnership model that will help underpin the successful delivery of the WaterNSW capital program.

As advisory partner for the program, HKA has collaborated with WaterNSW to develop options for the ARR model, the procurement strategy and developed the commercial model.  HKA utilised a 6-Pillar methodology to help ensure the right procurement strategy was conceived to maximise value for money, mitigate risk and provide an optimal outcome for WaterNSW and has supported WaterNSW throughout the procurement process.
