HKA has announced that Tuan Pham has joined the firm as Director within the Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages (FACD) Group.  He is based in Baton Rouge, LA.

Tuan has more than 20 years of accounting and financial consulting experience which extends to litigation consulting matters such as intellectual property, fraud and forensic accounting, economic damages, product liability, business interruption, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, purchase price disputes.  Tuan also has experience in valuation and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

As a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and three publicly traded international financial/ economic consultancies, Tuan has assisted corporations with complex business transactions, disputes, and financial investigations. He has worked with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, mining, energy, and oil and gas industries.

Prior to joining HKA, Tuan was an Associate Director with Postlethwaite & Netterville.  He earned his MBA and BA in Psychology from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
