Sydney Water’s ‘Partnering 4 Success’ initiative achieves another milestone

HKA is delighted to announce that Sydney Water’s Partnering 4 Success (P4S) initiative has successfully achieved another major milestone – the signing of the contracts for the three Regional Delivery Consortia (RDC).

Under these contracts the RDC will provide design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services for Sydney Water for the next 10 years. The new partnerships are the first in Australia to use the New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) suite of contracts, which incentivise efficiency, consistency and innovation. The P4S program is also adopting the Project13 principles, another first.

HKA has been Sydney Water’s trusted partner throughout the whole P4S journey. Together we have shaped a new way for infrastructure delivery in Australia.
