The EIC advocates on behalf of its members across governments and agencies to reflect their needs and raise the voice of the supply chain globally.

Shamila Neelakandan, Partner and Construction Claims and Expert Services Lead, Asia Pacific, brings 28 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on legal, contractual and commercial disputes. She is an expert in complex claims and often advises energy stakeholders on commercial strategy and contract execution matters. We are confident that, given her attributes, Shamila will be a valuable asset to EIC and its members worldwide.
