ABOUT SEYRAN CELIK
Seyran is an appointed expert, construction claims advisor, and forensic schedule analyst providing expert services for international arbitration, litigation, and mediations. She has been retained as a delay and disruption professional by local and international contractors, owners, A/E firms and law firms, and have assisted internationally acclaimed delay and quantum experts on multibillion dollar oil and gas, power, transportation and commercial projects across Australia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
She is also a civil engineer with significant project management and design experience as a geotechnical engineer. Her expertise lies in analysis of shallow and deep foundations, slope stabilisation, ground improvement, and roadways. She has also provided services relating to preconstruction phase feasibility studies, damage studies, remediation solutions, subsurface investigations, and environmental assessments. She has been involved in domestic and international work consisting of government contracts and embassy work, defence and military, transportation, infrastructure, healthcare, education, wastewater, and commercial high-rises.
Seyran currently serves as Board Member of the AACE Greater Miami Chapter as well as Committee Chair of the HKA Americas Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.
