Procurement leader Richard McKenzie-Browne joins HKA

We are pleased to announce that Richard McKenzie-Browne has joined HKA as a Director in the Strategic and Commercial Advisory team. With over 25 years of experience providing strategic, commercial, and procurement leadership across high-value infrastructure projects, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Richard is an MBA-qualified infrastructure specialist with a proven track record of success in leading commercial, procurement, and programme management teams in both public and private infrastructure sectors. His extensive background in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, asset management, and operational contract management makes him a valuable addition to HKA’s Advisory team.
