HKA, a leading global consultancy in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness and litigation support services, announces today that Mark Winrow has joined the firm as Principal, Business Development for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region based in Dubai. 

Mark has over 27 years of experience as a barrister’s clerk, working in some of the most prestigious Chambers in the UK. During this time, he spent 15 years working in two of the best-known construction and international arbitration Chambers at 4 Pump Court and 39 Essex Chambers, where he gained specialist experience working with major international construction and engineering companies and solicitors.

Mark will be based in Dubai and will work closely with HKA’s EMEA Business Development team, experts, and consultants across the region. For the past four and half years, Mark was the Senior Practice Manager for the Commercial, Construction, and International Arbitration Team at 39 Essex Chambers, where he led a team of five clerks responsible for managing the practices of over 60 barristers.
