Lynsey Bromley previously worked at HKA for twelve years. Following a sabbatical break, she has rejoined the firm as Principal, based in Dubai.  

Lynsey is a highly qualified lead quantum expert assistant with over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. She has worked on a full spectrum of projects concerning high-value and complex disputes in international arbitrations, with a particular focus on the contractual and commercial management of residential and mixed-use developments. Lynsey has also acted as an independent expert advisor on a number of occasions.
