HKA has appointed Lorna Cuthbertson Tardif as Partner to head up its Canadian operations. She will be based in Montreal, Quebec.
Lorna has more than 35 years of experience in claims consultancy, dispute resolution and project advisory services in the construction industry. “The Canadian market is a key growth area for HKA,” said Frank J. Giunta, Partner, Americas. “Lorna brings vast experience in construction consulting and has an impressive track record of success in Canada,” added Giunta.
“I look forward to implementing our future growth plans to expand HKA’s service offerings across the public, private and infrastructure sectors throughout Canada,” said Tardif.
Tardif has given expert witness testimony in courts and arbitration panels across Canada and in the United States, and has served as an arbitrator and mediator on the resolution of construction disputes.
