Jennifer Flickinger joins HKA’s Government Contracts Group as Partner

HKA announced that Jennifer Flickinger has joined the firm as Partner within the Government Contracts Group, based in Washington, DC.
Jennifer advises clients on challenging operational and compliance matters unique to federal government contractors. She assists clients with developing policies, procedures, systems, and controls to achieve compliant contractor business functions relative to FAR, CAS, and other regulatory requirements. Jennifer has extensive experience designing competitive indirect rate structures and calculating related cost impacts.
Jennifer’s government contracts and compliance experience is a perfect fit for our growing Government Contracts practice.

Jennifer supports clients throughout the mergers and acquisitions process, including due diligence, post-acquisition support including external restructuring proposals. Her experience also includes preparing cost proposals and related narratives, change orders, REAs, and termination settlement proposals. Jennifer has a strong track record of negotiations with the US Departments of Defense, State, and Labor and the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
Prior to joining HKA, Jennifer was a Principal with GovCon Advisors LLC, and a Partner at Baker Tilly US. She earned her BS in accounting from the University of Maryland.
