As one of Australia’s leading Quantum Experts, David will work closely with the technical leads and the broader team to further strengthen the firm’s multidisciplinary (QED+) service offering in the region.
David possesses over 40 years of experience in contractual claims, claims valuation and dispute resolution with significant experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He has testified in a significant number of cases giving evidence on termination valuation, audit final account, re-measurement interpretation, loss and/or expense claims, as expert witness.
David has also led large claims management teams and a broad range of commercial functions for Employers and contractors, successfully blending and managing different technical disciplines to deliver effective client solutions on some of the world’s largest projects.
David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joins us as an established business leader in Australia.
