HKA bolsters the Australian Advisory practice with Enrique Ugarte joining as Director, Strategic Advisory, based in Sydney.
HKA’s Advisory business provides advisory and transformation services to major infrastructure clients and large asset businesses, helping them achieve their goals through strategic and operational excellence.
Enrique brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and project advisory across various industries. Enrique’s impressive background includes conducting strategic reviews, identifying and implementing programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and leading diverse teams on complex initiatives in both the private and public sectors, including transport, infrastructure, utilities, and defence.
