The acquisition welcomes three well respected and talented experts with a strong pedigree in the shipbuilding, marine and offshore sectors.

Robert ‘Bob’ Breeze is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction industries. He has acted in an advisory capacity to clients, and as an advocate and expert witness in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

He is recognised by clients, peers and colleagues as an industry leading expert within the energy sector, including oil and gas, fabrication of offshore structures, petrochemical, shipbuilding, and power generation throughout the world.

Bob joins HKA as a Partner.

Barbara Metcalfe and Kate Hall are both experienced quantum and delay consultants with over 29 and 16 years of experience in engineering and construction industries respectively. They have assisted experts in numerous high-profile quantum and delay assignments in dispute valued up to US$900m.

Barbara joins HKA as a Senior Consultant. Kate Hall joins as us a Director.
