Louise Alcock, Interim Financial Controller, London
Louise is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience both in practice and industry. Louise spent over 10 years with KPMG, including two years in the Sydney office, and has worked on a range of clients including The Co-operative Group, Moneysupermarket, and Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM). Louise has spent the last 10 years at Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK’s largest care home operators with responsibility for corporate reporting and statutory accounting.
Dhruv Bhavsar, Associate Director, Sydney
Dhruv has project management experience on major projects including metro construction (specialised in rail systems) and commissioning, commercial and residential high rise building, and power plant construction. He joins us from Fredon Industries.
Luis F. Cintrón, Manager, Miami
Luis F. Cintrón is a licensed professional engineer with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He has actively participated in the preparation of nearly 10 expert witness reports for clients involved in arbitration processes related to project management, delay and quantum disputes. Luis has diverse experience in the construction industry, in Latin and North American markets.
Iris DiBernardo, Marketing and Proposal Manager, Philadelphia
Iris has over twenty years of experience developing, writing, and managing proposals and responses to RFPs in various industries including architecture, engineering, employee recognition, and security services. She is also experienced in marketing and promoting professional service organisations. She strives to create compelling, persuasive, and differentiating proposals and marketing campaigns and is excited to be part of the Americas team for HKA.
Haslinah Hamsah, Business Support Administrator, Singapore
Haslinah recently joined us as a Business Support Administrator based out of our Singapore office. Haslinah is an administrative professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a demonstrated record of accomplishment and broad experience working in facilities management, manufacturing and consulting firms.
Tyrone Handley, Senior Consultant, Melbourne
Tyrone is a commercial contracting and procurement professional with a demonstrated track record of drafting, negotiating, sourcing and managing high-value contracts with numerous counterparties. He joins us from Woodside Energy.
Chris Hughes, Associate Technical Director, Glasgow
Chris is an experienced architect with over 15 years’ architectural experience; specialising in large projects with recent project values ranging from £7 million to £1 billion, across Scotland. He was previously an associate within a commercial architectural practice with extensive experience as a project lead architect, responsible for the design and delivery of commissions throughout Scotland. Chris’s experience covers all aspects of project delivery including statutory approvals, production information, detailed specification, report writing, subcontractor design development and integration.
Rowena Lamb, Associate Director, Melbourne
Rowena brings extensive infrastructure sector experience in project assurance, project and business case management and development, strategy, and infrastructure policy. She is currently a member of the Office of Projects Victoria Advisory Board.
Sean McDonagh, Expert Support Consultant, London
Sean has worked in the management consultancy sector for the last four years, where he oversaw the training department for a leading ISO Certification and Auditing organisation (NQA). Prior to that, he worked on projects for Transport for London assisting in carrying out regular audits of their transport systems. Sean has a degree in History from Nottingham Trent University.

John Polcari, Director, Washington D.C.
John has over 11 years of experience assisting clients with various government contracting regulatory compliance issues. Over the course of his career, John has dealt with a wide range of issues unique to Government Contractors, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance. John also has extensive experience related to CAS required Disclosure Statements, Incurred Cost Proposal (ICP) submissions, cost impact analyses, and in the general design and maintenance of compliant contractor indirect cost allocation structures.
