Kate Wood, Chief People Officer
Behrang Ansari, Senior Consultant, Sydney
Behrang has over 15 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry including planning, programming and project management and delivery of major infrastructure, iconic construction projects and complex industrial energy process plants in Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience providing forensic programming, preparing expert reports on the evaluation of delay and disruption, planning and project controls.
Umashankar Chemudupati (Uma Shankar), Senior Planning Manager, Sydney
Uma Shankar has more than twenty years of experience working as a senior planning engineer for various light rail, heavy rail, building, civil, telecommunications and industrial engineering projects in Australia, Middle East and India.
Sam Burgess, IT Site Support Analyst, Warrington
Sam has joined HKA from the wind energy industry and has over 7 years’ experience in IT support.
He provides IT support for several user issues ranging from network to software issues.
Stephen Cochrane, Senior Consultant, Dubai
Stephen has 15 years’ experience working with contractors, employers and consultancies in the construction industry. He spent part of his career in project controls with Bechtel, working on large oil and gas and civil projects in the Middle East and Asia. Stephen joins us from DGA in Dubai, where he led commissions to produce and assess claims, and was lead assistant to the delay expert during multiple arbitrations.
Blake Flavell, Expert Support Consultant, London
Blake has a History degree from the University of Kent and joins the Forensic Technical Services team in London supporting the energy, resources and industrial group. He has previous experience working in regulatory compliance and on a large-scale remediation project in the banking sector.
Sara Gassem, Managing Consultant, KSA
Sara has over 8 years’ experience of working in the financial forensic industry in various types of projects and stages. Sara is a Saudi national and living in KSA, previously working with Deloitte and EY where she was involved in the forensic investigations and dispute services. She has worked on projects across KSA, Bahrain, and UAE.
Romy Geahchan, Consultant, Dubai
Romy’s expertise is within marine infrastructure, transportation, civil, and buildings construction. Romy has been working in the Middle East for the last 11 years, previously working in AlSaad General Contracting. S.A. In her most recent position, Romy has been working as the head of contracts administration.
Abdelkader B. Ibrahim, Senior Consultant, Dubai
Abdelkader has over 19 years’ experience of working in the construction industry, as well as oil and gas in various types of projects and stages. He has been residing in UAE for 13 years, previously working with Hill International where he was involved in different project management consultancy contracts, specialising in delay analysis and project control. He has worked on projects across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt.
Kaidi Liu, Associate Consultant, Beijing
Kaidi is a project management professional with two years of experience in the construction industry. She was recently involved in power and transportation infrastructure projects in Europe and the Middle East. Before joining HKA, Kaidi worked at large corporations such as Tencent and Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Corporation. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University, United Kingdom.
Mike Moses, Planner, Sydney
Mike has 11 years of experience in project master scheduling, cost controls and PMO practice in the aviation infrastructure and resources industries working on projects such as SYD Airport, Doha International Airport, BHP hub, Wheatstone, and Ichthys LNG projects. He has a civil/structural engineering degree and an MBA.
Muhammad Raza (Raza), Senior Planning Manager, Sydney
Raza is a meticulous project control, planning and scheduling professional with over 15 years of experience across various metros, rail, roads, infrastructure, industrial and building projects.
Colin Read, Senior Consultant, Brisbane
Colin is an asset management specialist with a background in infrastructure and pavement engineering design across Africa, Australia and Southeast Asia. He has a proven track record of working with clients in the implementation and transition from reactive maintenance to proactive asset management operations and systems, including strategies for asset renewal and maintenance.
Pui Mun Shum, Lead Consultant, Melbourne
Pui Mun has more than 12 years’ experience as a civil engineer and project manager for SKM Singapore, DoT WA and Public Transport Victoria. Her most recent role was at Deloitte providing business operations consulting services on capital projects.
