Executive Vincent Manuele, Esq. joins the Advisory Group as Principal. Manuele is an engineer and licensed attorney with more than 35 years of experience providing advisory and management consulting services in the engineering and construction industry.

He is a trusted advisor to corporate and public entities on the planning, execution, oversight and closeout of large capital projects, and the resolution of claims and disputes. He has served as an arbitrator on complex construction disputes and has project experience in North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Prior to joining HKA, he was Director, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, with PWC. Vincent earned his J.D. from the College of William and Mary, and his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
