HKA expands experts team with a senior hire in the oil & gas industry

HKA appoints a senior hire in the oil and gas industry to join its global engineering experts team.
Trevor Butler joins HKA as Executive Director with responsibility for leading the firm’s global Mechanical and Process engineering expert team. He has 37 years of experience in oil and gas, working on multiple high-profile projects in South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Trevor has worked as a construction planner, hook-up coordinator and platform manager, and has broad experience acting as an Expert Witness in failure investigations and construction-related disputes. He is a skilled project auditor and incident investigation lead.
Trevor holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Newcastle University and an MBA from the International Management Centre in the UK. He is a Fellow of the Association of Project Management (FAPM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM).
