Hector Cubria joins HKA as Principal within Houston operations

HKA, one of the world’s leading providers of consulting, expert and advisory services, announced today that Hector Cubria has joined HKA as Principal within the Houston operations.
Hector Cubria has more than 40 years of construction consulting experience in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, mines and minerals, infrastructure, transportation, power, and commercial. His skills include claims management, dispute resolution, risk analysis, procurement, contract strategy and cost and schedule control. Cubria holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Anahuac and an M.S. in Construction Management from the University of Michigan.
