Graham Warren joins HKA’s Construction Claims and Expert Witness Practice as Director

HKA announces that Graham Warren has joined the firm as Director, based in its Dubai office.
Graham is an experienced multi-skilled expert with over 20 years of expertise in the UK and Middle East construction sectors. For the last ten years, he has specialised in dispute resolution, focusing on expert witness matters through various dispute resolution rules. He has assisted in the cost and contract delivery of some of the world’s most complex construction projects.
His commercial knowledge covers all aspects of tender preparation, contract awarding, risk analysis and payment application processes, as well as contract change control, including the valuation of variations and settlements of final accounts with subcontractors and clients.

Graham’s sector experience is extensive, covering major road, rail, and airport infrastructure projects, renewable energy and power, oil and gas, industrial and process plants, healthcare, heavy civil engineering, residential, commercial, retail, education, leisure, mechanical and electrical installations, and offshore projects.
