Rhiann Storey

Rhiann Storey is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 13 years of construction industry experience. She has been appointed as a quantum expert on four occasions and has assisted the named expert more than 20 times.

Rhiann has provided quantum and entitlement assessments for claims and independent expert reports used in adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings. She has also had several adjudication decisions published in Queensland, Australia.

Rhiann’s project experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, education, oil and gas, mining, industrial, defence, retail, residential, sports and recreation, entertainment, and heritage. She has delivered services including estimating, tender review, cost control, contract management and dispute resolution for projects across Australia and the UK.

Rhiann undertakes quantum analysis spanning all project stages including valuations, loss and expense entitlement and rectification costs covering numerous sectors. Her dual qualifications in quantity surveying and law give her a solid base from which to provide a range of services to clients, with a focus on dispute resolution.

Rhiann Storey is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of ArbitralWomen, the Academy of Experts and the Society of Construction Law. She is currently the chair of the Lighthouse Club Midlands in the UK (a construction industry charity) and previously served as vice president in Australia. She has also completed an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence and is fluent in French.
