Paul Mansell

Paul Mansell is a qualified engineer with over 25 years of engineering and construction industry experience. He has acted as technical expert, supervising expert and expert advisor.

Paul is an accredited expert witness, delivering expert reports in project management, engineering management, quantum and technical matters. He has been appointed for disputes at litigation, arbitration and adjudication and has given evidence at international arbitration, including concurrent evidence (hot-tubbing).

Paul provides services at both project and strategic levels including expert witness, expert advisory, project assurance and audit, contractual advisory services, strategic and project risk management, dispute resolution, insurance PI claims, development of claim submissions, settlement negotiation, commercial management, project management, delay and schedule management and training services.

Paul is an experienced commercial manager and project manager with extensive hands-on project experience. He has delivered projects and advised clients across Europe in a range of sectors including oil and gas, power, infrastructure, industrial and buildings.

Paul Mansell is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Association of Project Managers, the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering and the Institution of Chemical Engineers, as well as a practising member of the Academy of Experts. He regularly presents at seminars and training sessions on project controls, claims  and contractual matters.
