Mariusz has prepared numerous expert reports and acted as an expert advisor across a variety of projects regarding program and cost related issues. He has supported testifying experts during deposition and arbitration hearings and has experience of both negotiations and adjudications.
Mariusz has a civil, structural and industrial engineering background, working on projects across the USA, Canada, UK and Poland. His experience ranges from contract management and project controls to claims management and dispute resolution. He has also worked as a consultant for an owner on a multi-billion-dollar metro development programme, providing cost and schedule risk analysis services.
Mariusz’s expertise lies in a holistic approach to problematic matters, combining forensic delay, disruption and cost damages analysis. His technical background and logical approach to analysis, combined with the ability to clearly present an argument, enables him to support clients across a complex range of disputes.
Mariusz holds a project management professional (PMP) certification and has completed expert witness training and trial advocacy training, including with the American Bar Association. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and is fluent in both English and Polish.
