Craig Enderbury

Craig Enderbury is a qualified quantity surveyor with over 25 years of experience in building and civil engineering contracts. He has assisted the named quantum expert on numerous occasions and has twice acted as named quantum expert.

Craig has been appointed as both quantum expert and expert advisor and is very experienced in the preparation and defence of contractual claims. He also regularly works as lead consultant and co-author to the party appointed quantum expert. This has included assisting in the preparation and submission of expert witness reports on numerous international appointments at DABs and ICC arbitrations, attending tribunal hearings and assisting the lead quantum expert in preparation for cross-examination and assisting the defendant’s counsel with preparation for cross-examination, direction and re-direction on a range of issues.

Craig has led claims teams in the preparation of submissions for dispute resolution proceedings in his current role; and also when working in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting environment. Craig has extensive contract management experience and has led commercial teams including project delivery, contract administration, commercial reporting, measuring and valuing, claims defence and preparation, dispute avoidance and negotiation, procurement and other related quantity surveying and commercial management functions

Craig has experience on a wide range of major projects across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. These have included infrastructure, oil and gas installations, gas transfer pipelines, power and energy, water and wastewater treatment, mechanical electrical instrumentation control automation (MEICA) installations, offshore and marine platforms and installations.

Craig Enderbury is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Association of Cost Engineers and is a practising associate member of the Academy of Experts. He is an experienced lecturer having delivered various lectures and training seminars to employers, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and trade associations.
