Bryan Van Lenten is a professional engineer with over 15 years of engineering, design, and construction industry experience. He has assisted the named expert in technical, delay and quantum matters on more than 20 occasions.

Bryan has prepared expert reports for disputed values of up to $800 million in the USA, Middle East, and Australia for matters such as construction management, standard of care, disruption and productivity impacts, delay and cost. He has fielded questions for mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations, and has prepared discovery requests, performed document searches, and drafted questions for depositions.

Bryan is widely experienced in matters of civil construction and infrastructure. He has a background in the structural design of bridges, buildings, marine structures, electrical transmission infrastructure, hospitals, schools, and corporate headquarters, and the inspection of bridges, underwater foundations, bulkheads, and buildings.

Bryan is an expert in construction delay and damages and has consulted on behalf of public and private owners as well as contractors in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in performing delay analysis and quantifying productivity impacts analysis, based on contemporaneous project documents and using industry accepted methods.

Bryan Van Lenten is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Connecticut. He is a National Highway Institute (NHI) certified instructor and has presented construction claims avoidance seminars to departments of transport across the USA including Massachusetts, Arkansas, Alaska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Louisiana.
