Bird & Bird, HKA and Khaitan & Co, supported by ICC, are pleased to present a virtual panel discussion focussed on exploring the best avenues for resolving construction disputes in the Indian context.
Comprising experts in the real estate and construction space across in-house legal, private practice and consultancy roles, moderated by a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the panel will take you into an in-depth discussion on avenues that parties can explore, and often leave un-explored, to efficiently resolve disputes – both during the life-cycle of a construction project and after its completion.
The panel also discussed issues that are often seen disputed between the employer, contractor, and sub-contractors – under different forms of standard construction contracts, and look at dispute resolution / adjudication processes for international projects, where Indian companies may be involved as contractor or sub-contractor.
