Unabsorbed Home Office Overhead is the portion of home office overhead costs that are not contributed to from a project because of delay, suspension, or other reason. Often the delay damages sought by a contractor include Unabsorbed Home Office Overhead costs. These costs are sometimes referred to as Eichleay damages.
