On November 3 HKA’s Rick Moffat is proud to be presenting at the Osgoode Hall Law Schools’ Professional development course for The Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law. This intensive course brings together 30+ senior legal and construction professionals over 5 days to teach what you need to know about crucial construction law concepts. Rick is presenting “Construction Claims – Technical Issues” which is part of module 3 “Bidding, Tendering, Liens and Claims” which will examine the technical issues behind productivity, delay and impact claims, quantifying the loss, critical path analysis, disruption and limitations issues. Through this lesson you can gain expert tips and strategies to deal with disruption, methods of delay analysis, claims mitigation and calculating damages.
