Roundtable on Mediation of Business Divorce Disputes

John Levitske, HKA Partner and Chair of The Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, is moderating a multi-speaker program titled “Roundtable on Mediation of Business Divorce Disputes” during the Joint Meeting of the CBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution/Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Disputes Committees on December 10 at 12:15 PM CT. This hybrid program focuses on hot topics in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mediation in business divorce and complex ownership disputes and best practices for obtaining a “yes” answer.

Roundtable panelists include Stephen Brodsky of Mazzola Lindstrom LLP, William “Bill” Johnston of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, Thomas R. Mulroy (Judge, ret.) of Resolute Systems, LLC, Lita M. Popke (Judge, ret.) of JAMS, and Senior Judge Stephen Schuster of the Superior Court of Cobb County (Georgia). The program’s co-hosts are Co-Chair of the CBA’s Business Divorce Committee Brian Haussman of Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC and CBA President, Co-Chair of the CBA’s Business Divorce Committee, and Vice Chair of the CBA’s ADR Committee John C. Sciaccotta of Aronberg Goldgehn.
