HKA Associate Director Niamh Ni Chroinin will lead a six-week web-based Project Management and Dispute Resolution seminar series. The seminar series will be presented as 1 to 2 hour sessions, covering the following topics:
- Seminar 1 April 14, 2020 – Introduction to Construction Contracts, Document Management and Dispute Resolution
- Seminar 2 April 21, 2020 – Change Management
- Seminar 3 April 28, 2020 – Invoicing and Payment
- Seminar 4 May 5, 2020 – Schedule Management
- Seminar 5 May 12, 2020 – Liability Management
- Seminar 6 May 19, 2020 – Dispute Resolution Analysis including COVID-19 Response
*Sessions will take place at Noon MST, 2pm EST.
All sessions will focus on how to manage and utilize project information to defend or challenge a claim culminating in a final seminar focused on Dispute Resolution Analysis and possible issues, analysis and recovery methods due to COVID-19.
These seminars are free and will be completed online via video conference access provided by HKA. Attending all six seminars is vital to understand the analysis discussed in the final seminar. The topics will be discussed in depth with testifying experts John Baxter and Rick Moffat participating to offer extensive input and perspective.
A course outline will be emailed along with the invitation to join the seminars once you have registered.
