Ilana Ritvalsky is an experienced construction claims professional with a background in structural engineering and a focus on schedule analysis, construction defects, and standard of care evaluations. As a manager and experienced claims analyst, Ilana performs analyses to determine cause, extent, and resulting damages of construction delays. She reviews project documentation to evaluate the performance of project parties and determine whether construction industry standard of care was met for construction management, general contracting, subcontracting, etc. Ilana also generates reports and assists with preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitration, and litigation.
