XV Miradas Cruzadas Franco-Españolas
The XV Franco-Spanish Crusades Perspectives entitled “Arbitrators at the crossroads: between the demands of the parties, national courts and arbitral institutions“, will take place on February 29 and March 1, 2024, in Paris.
The event will begin on February 29, at 6:00 p.m., with the CEIA-40 and CFA40 Meeting on “The arbitrator’s duty of disclosure: content, tips and tools to ensure compliance”. It will be held at the Hôtel des Arts et Métiers (9 bis, avenue d’Iéna, 75116 Paris), followed by a dinner with a keynote speaker.
On March 1, at 9:30 a.m., the Day of the XV Franco-Spanish Crusades will begin at the GIDE offices (15 rue de Laborde, 75008 Paris).
As part of the second panel on “the Arbitrator and the Parties”, HKA Partner and Damages Expert Patrick Hébréard, together with Juan Pablo Argentato of the ICC, Marc Henry of FTMA Avocats, Alexandra Munoz of Gide and Carmen Nunez-Lagos of Nunez-Lagos Arbitration, will discuss the need for disclosure and the rise of tactics such as anti-arbitration injunctions or civil/criminal liability actions.
