Government Contract Pricing Summit 2024

Tom Reynolds, Partner 

Tom Reynolds is a certified public accountant with 20 years of experience assisting government contractors navigate the complex government contracting compliance landscape. Tom has provided government contract accounting, auditing, and advisory support to government contractors in the aerospace and defense, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, engineering, and professional services sectors. He has supported publicly traded corporations, private entities, non-profit organizations, foreign entities, small businesses, and internal and external legal counsel. He has presented contractors’ positions and facilitated negotiations with contracting officers, the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and other regulatory bodies.  

Tom has also supported government contractors in connection with business systems compliance assessments, DCAA/DMCA audit support, litigation/dispute support, merger and acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration, and indirect rate modeling and analysis. He has extensive knowledge of critical government contracting regulations and requirements, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). 

Austin Romeo, Associate Director 

Austin Romeo has more than eight years of experience providing financial, cost, economic, and damages analyses for matters in litigation and arbitration. He has assisted in matters involving government contracts, commercial damages, breach of contract, and business valuation.  

Austin has provided litigation and arbitration support and expert services related to various corporations and U.S. government entities. He has performed cost accounting consultation; audit support services; legal research; litigation risk evaluation; and extensive reviews of accounting records such as contracts, purchase orders, payments records, cost reports, and financial statements.
