Forensic Expert Witness Association webinar – Expert to expert roles in contemporary dispute resolution processes 

HKA is excited to announce that Partner John Levitske is co-presenting a Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) webinar titled “Expert to expert roles in contemporary dispute resolution processes” alongside Harout Jack Samra of DLA Piper and Dan Wolfe, J.D., Ph.D., of Magna Legal Services on June 19 at 1:00 PM ET. This one-hour panel webinar program is part of FEWA’s monthly educational webinar series.  

The program focuses on experts serving in the following capacities:  

• Direct expert to expert conferences (to narrow down the areas of major disagreement between the experts) 
• Joint expert reports (among experts retained by opposing parties) 
• Concurrent expert testimony/hot tubbing/in tandem 
• Expert specialist as independent advisor to the mediator 
• Independent expert on a three expert tribunal (in which other two experts are directly party appointed)
