The Covid crisis has demonstrated how the businesses, governments and societies around the globe have to work together and that such cooperation is vital in achieving the best and most efficient outcome. FIDIC contracts are widely and rightly seen as the gold standard for global infrastructure, engineering and construction projects and provide benefits and confidence to all parties. At this webinar, leading contracts experts will discuss the key advantages and benefits of using the various forms of FIDIC contracts and, crucially, how to make the most of them.
FIDIC and a panelist of speakers including HKA’s Partner and Continent Head, Haroon Niazi, will each give a brief intro (around 5-7 minutes) with their take on the subject being discussed and then we will move to discussion moderated by Dr. Nelson Ogunshakin OBE with questions from the floor. The webinar will last no longer than 90 minutes.
