Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Webinar: Understanding Delay Claims, Contract Clauses, and Their Impacts 

HKA’s Dan Feinblum and Peckar & Abramson, P.C.’s Nate Cohen are looking forward to presenting “Understanding Delay Claims, Contract Causes, and Their Impacts” on Thursday, February 15, at 2:00 PM ET.  

This hour-long CMAA webinar will feature a discussion on the impacts of construction delay, how to mitigate delay risks through proper contract drafting, and strategies for addressing delay and escalation. Dan and Nate will conclude by summarizing lessons learned. HKA’s John Paolin will moderate the panel.
