Part 1: Understanding Delays and Damages
A construction contract is a blueprint for how all stakeholders will interact for the duration of a project. Unfortunately, most stakeholders do not have a clear understanding of contract implications and impacts. This two-part webinar series will address a basic understanding of the two impacts that are most relevant to a contract. Part 1 will cover understanding delays and damages, and Part 2 will explore how contract clauses can shift the risks of these elements from one stakeholder to another.
