The Covid pandemic has had a profound impact on both personal and professional life demands and expectations, particularly for women professionals. Studies show that working women bear a disproportionate share of family demands such as child care, elder care and household management. This ABA roundtable discussion includes three woman attorneys who have met the challenge of balancing a demanding profession, a new work environment and added personal responsibilities. Along with moderator and HKA Director Seyran Celik, this unique panel will share strategies, tips and life experiences in a discussion that will encourage all attendees to do the same.
