Clyde & Co., in collaboration with HKA, invites you to its Best Practices in Expert Testimony in Construction Arbitration webinar on Thursday, April 11, at 12:00 PM CLST. This hour-long online seminar focuses on the complexities and best practices surrounding expert evidence in the context of international construction arbitration. Aimed at attorneys, arbitrators, experts, and professionals who do business in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, México, and Perú, the webinar is being presented in Spanish.
Clyde & Co.’s David Meza and Juan Pablo Halpern and HKA experts Carlos Turizo, Juan Francisco Nasser, Macarena Diaz Egnem, and Michael Laming will share their knowledge and experiences in presenting and managing expert evidence.
