HKA is excited to announce that Partners Peter Vosbikian and David Duffus are presenting a live Zoom webinar titled “Establishing Entitlement to a Loss of Productivity Claim” on behalf of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section on August 27 at 12:00 PM ET.
Peter and David will discuss the various approaches to quantifying productivity loss and share useful tips on how to couple a cause or disruption with the claimed impact. They will also touch on the different categories of damages that stem from loss of productivity, such as increased labor cost damages and delay-related damages.
Attendees may be eligible for CLE credits.
