HKA is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the 3rd Annual Society of Construction Law North America Conference. The conference – Long Live Projects: The Impact of Construction Projects on Our Lives – is being held in Montréal on July 10–12. HKA’s Caryn Fuller, Nader Akkaoui, Bulut Cinar, Syed Ali, and Tracy Doyle are excited to attend this much-anticipated event and hope to see new and familiar faces at the HKA exhibit table.
On July 12 at 1:00 PM ET, Caryn is presenting “Blowing in the Wind: Unveiling Risks and Harnessing the Opportunities of Offshore Wind” alongside Wendy Kennedy Venoit of Cozen O’Connor and Cindy Muller of Jones Walker LLP in the Sheraton’s Ballroom East. Their session will address how supermajor energy companies are meeting the energy transition challenges and the drive for more sustainable sources. To that point, they will discuss how we can apply lessons learned from offshore oil and gas projects to offshore wind projects.
At this year’s conference, industry professionals such as owners, senior construction executives, general counsel, construction attorneys, arbitrators, academics, design professionals, and consultants will learn from numerous leaders and professionals who will be sharing their invaluable knowledge and experience as they discuss the critical aspects of today’s construction industry.
