HKA welcomes Carl Blewer as Technical Director in the Forensic Technical Services (FTS) team based in the Birmingham office.

Carl is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, process, power, and water and wastewater treatment industries. He has an extensive technical background in piping and mechanical engineering, which includes experience in stress analysis and product/package specification and delivery.

Carl has held important positions in all areas of engineering, proposals, project, and operations management, and has established leadership and problem-solving skills.

Carl is an experienced manager of multidisciplinary teams, successfully tendering and delivering design, supply, fabrication, and construction projects.
