WWL Global Thought Leader Cheng-Yee Khong joins HKA

HKA, a leading global consultancy in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness and litigation support services, welcomes WWL Thought Leader and international arbitration specialist Cheng-Yee Khong 鄺靜儀 to the Asia Pacific team.
Cheng-Yee is an international arbitration specialist and lawyer with a global career and over 20 years of experience working in legal, strategic and commercial analysis of claims and defences. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK, France and Malaysia and has advised on matters throughout the Asia Pacific region, Europe, the USA and the Gulf.
An experienced public speaker and author, Cheng-Yee is recognised as a Who’s Who Thought Leader for 2022 and 2023. She is fluent in English, French and Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin and Malay.
Cheng-Yee established and led the ICC International Court of Arbitration Secretariat’s Asia office for eight years and is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the ICC Disputes Resolution Services’ unique think tank.

Prior to joining HKA, Cheng-Yee was an Investment Manager and the office lead for global dispute resolution financier Omni Bridgeway’s Hong Kong office. In that role, she assessed and managed funded cases throughout Asia, including arbitration, litigation and insolvency claims. She became Omni Bridgeway’s Senior Relationship Manager in 2022.
