John is a well-respected expert in NEC and collaborative contracting with over 25 years’ experience working on major projects across the utilities and transport sectors, supporting clients in the development and delivery of large projects and programs.

John has a particular interest and passion for delivering best-practice contract management and administration solutions, system and process digitisation and implementation, alignment around corporate governance, training, knowledge transfer, and developing commercial acumen, capability, and maturity within client organisations.

What do you love about what you do?

I enjoy finding simple ways to unlock efficiency, uplift capabilities and drive improved co-operation and collaboration between clients and their suppliers when delivering major infrastructure investment projects and programs. Enabling and uplifting organisational capability, allowing people and projects to thrive, ensuring successful project outcomes and leaving a lasting legacy is a rewarding measure of success.
