Elie Anthony brings an exceptional understanding of all lifecycle facets of a project. He can engage various stakeholders to endorse best for project decisions and takes a holistic approach to managing teams. Elie is a formidable leader who will bring his construction and management finesse to projects to drive success and provide surety to his clients.

Elie has almost 20 years of industry experience developing and delivering rail and road infrastructure projects. He is an innovative and adaptable project manager with experience managing large teams and working in high-risk environments on both the client and contractor sides.

As HKA’s Head of Delivery, Elie is highly skilled in planning and commissioning projects and incredibly committed to delivering quality and value-for-money (VFM) solutions.

Elie will bring his existing knowledge, and importantly, he will share this knowledge with the team around him to achieve project surety, overcome risks with bespoke mitigations, and ultimately provide clients with a tailored VFM solution.

What do you love about what you do?

I thrive on the complexity of managing projects and a team. Every day is different, and it could include managing resources, contracts for clients, mentoring, team engagement, business strategy, client relations, networking, and more.  

Huge infrastructure projects are complex, and I love the challenge of the commissions we work on. It’s satisfying to help clients find solutions to overcome issues that can pop up at any time.   

I also love watching people develop. My motto is “A happy team is a productive team” and that means giving people opportunities to learn on the job and always striving to deliver better services to clients.
