About Caitlin

Over the course of her career, Caitlin has been involved in project management, interface management, and commercial activity execution on major infrastructure projects (both public and private). She has been part of multidisciplinary teams on some of the largest construction projects in the world, including Wheatstone LNG, Crossrail, Sydney Metro, and Westconnex.

She is known for her ability to blend strategic insight with hands-on problem-solving to drive successful outcomes and foster innovation. Specifically, Caitlin’s expertise lies in integration project management. Her interest stems from a passion for orchestrating complex initiatives and ensuring all components work together seamlessly. This dual interest allows her to leverage analytical and interpersonal skills, ensuring that projects are well-coordinated and aligned with broader organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
