About Alex

Alex Cruttwell is an experienced strategic planner with 25 years’ experience in delivery in complex environments. He brings together policy, programme management, and security across the commercial and public sectors. Alex has extensive experience analysing strategic risks and challenges and developing and delivering programmes and projects to resolve them. He is skilled at managing the expectations of disparate stakeholders to deliver policies and operations.

Alex has worked on engagements in a wide range of sectors, including nuclear-powered submarine development, strategic water resource planning, high-speed rail, nuclear decommissioning, and railway system safety. He has helped clients drive forward complex transformation programmes, developing a system-based approach to assessing the link between projects, programmes, and portfolios to deliver benefits, manage risks, and satisfy the requirements of diverse stakeholders.
