Andrew Flower is a forensic accountant with 30 years of experience in dispute work. He has been appointed as an expert on hundreds of occasions and has testified in litigation and in international arbitrations (both commercial and investor state) around the world. He has also provided written and oral evidence on matters under the auspices of many of the arbitral institutions including the ICC, ICDR, ICSID, DIAC, NAI, DIS, OIC, and under UNCITRAL rules. Andrew trained as a chartered accountant in London and, early in his career, worked on the ICEP Swiss bank investigation.
Andrew is recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal.
