Meet the speakers
Hilal Itani is a Principal at HKA and a Civil Engineer with over two decades of experience in the Gulf region, majority in KSA, in claims preparation and defence and alternative dispute resolution. His extensive expertise and qualifications have enabled him to master the full spectrum of claims management, including contractual interpretations, delay analysis, and quantum assessment.
Nader Emile is a Principal and Regional Manager at HKA, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is a legally qualified Civil Engineer with 23 years of experience. Nader is recognised by WWL as a Construction Expert Witness and has been appointed as a delay expert in Saudi disputes where he testified on local matters.
